Travel with my hipofamily

I have a trip to Tatesina Resort ,which is  Forest developed by Mitsui real estate in Japan. It's a good time for me to have a chance to travel before my going  into hospital next week.The first thing that I discovered when I visit was that the air was cool, and clear. The second thing was that I feel like entering power or energy into my body from outward circumstances. Recently I'm getting interesting diurnals beat and Alfa wave. The power of them was examined true or not by my own experience. I hear that the places in deep forest or the places surrounded by many nature are rich in Alfa wave.  Are the experience above mentioned brought about by Alfa wave?

Anyway this trip come to my good memory, because I could accompany my wife's parents with my trip.

蓼科高原に旅行に行った。来週から１週間ほど手術のため入院するにあたりいい旅行となった。蓼科高原の空気は都内の空気とは明らかに異なる。まず、異なるのはひんやりしていることだ。２番目に体に力がみなぎる感覚があることだ。最近、アルファ波の威力について、自分の能を用いて試しているところだ。山奥や自然の多いところにはアルファ波を取り入れる機会が多いと聞いているが、先の体験はその効果だろうか？

妻の両親も今回の旅行に参加したが、親孝行もかねたいい旅行だった。
